TL;DRComfy and supportive. Worth every penny. Great for people with back problems like myself. Will not work well with all desk styles. Mine did not come with a pouch/pocket for the side. Plastic insert in cupholder can be removed for larger cups, etc. Will be buying another one for my hubby soon. So, I'll start by saying the instructions were well hidden in my box but I didn't even need them. The hardware came in a bubble pack, separated by group. most of the chair was already assembled. The back did not want to align with the base at first, but once in and bolted together they aligned and work properly.I'm not a huge fan of the pedestal base, it's completely stationary. I'd personally prefer a rolling base, but it's worth giving up for the overall quality of this chair! The footrest handle seems like it goes the wrong direction which was a bit to get used to at first but it doesn't hurt anything. The footrest has a good angle to it and is very comfortable. I only just noticed the image on the listing shows a pouch/pocket on the right side which mine did not come with but the listing may have changed since I purchased almost a month ago. The back is solid and comfortable. I have back problems (as you may notice my heating pad on the arm) and this chair has greatly reduced my pain while sitting at my desk.My only real negative thing I can say about it is the pillows are too firm for my liking (and a bit hard to place where you need them, especially if you're short like me) and it can be a bit difficult to put the back up with the lumbar pillow in place as it tends to get stuck in between the back and base. A strap on the lumbar pillow would be a beneficial addition, for sure. Also, be aware, the foot rest is of good length and this chair is stationary, so some desks would not be well suited for using with this chair (mine is not but I can work around it until I get a new desk). Cup holder has a plastic insert that may be removed for larger cups but I wouldn't recommend for anything that may sweat. I use mine for my travel mugs that are well insulated so I don't have that problem. The armrests are very well cushioned but firm, making them both supportive and comfortable.I bought this Gaming chair for my son on June 4th 2021 I paid Grand Total: $253.34 He loved it! but it did not quite make it to a year before it broke right off the base. it broke February 4th 2022. My son is not fat, my son is not wild, he did not abuse his gaming chair. I paid the amount of money that I did because I thought it would last for years. It seemed solid large round base, it broke at the base it needs to be welded together, I'm a single mom, I do not know how to weld, and I don't have another 250.00 to buy a new gaming chair. sorry son, sad sad mama :(I got this chair for my husband. He loves it but he stated not as comfortable as an oversized recliner. The footrest don’t go all the way up.The chair is low when you set it up and the cup holder doesn’t hold everything. It’s a decent chair but if you want any adjustments this ain’t it lolLove it! I bought it for my boyfriend for Christmas. It's very comfortable and very easy to assemble! I highly recommend thisIt is a pretty good chair, I am very happy with this chair. This chair is essentially the same build as all the name brand chairs that cost more. It's a great chair, it was was easy to put together. It' s very comfortable to sit in and offers great support. If you are looking for a game chair similar looking to the more expensive ones that offer the same features for less money then this chair is the way to go!The product is really really nice. But the packaging was horrible. When I received it on my porch, the bottom and top of the box was not taped and looked like a box off the street. But the chair is very nice and looks like it will last a long time.
